Sorry about the long time between the re-launch and the first real update! I’ve put the first two updates up because of that. I won’t lie, school and work are extremely busy for me right now, but we’ll be updating as often as possible :) Today I’ll show you some progress shots of the first comic update, to try and apologize a bit as wellâ¥

Kamil swore to himself as he headed towards the rather uninviting cover of brush that the woods had to offer. The house he had only moments ago set aflame in an admittedly emotionally weak moment slowly became a distant gleam until it offered little solace of light in this harsh terrain. The looming scent of smoke, however, remained a very real reminder of what a failure this trip had been.
It had been 5 years since Lucius, the brutish, likely sadistic leader of a vampiric coven stole away his soul mate. In those five years, he had devoted every waking hour of his life to finding the monster responsible. Every day that went by only made his heart ache more; to think of what she must be enduring at such merciless hands only made him suffer, hardening his normally compassionate nature as he became more determined to find and destroy that son of a bitch.
This was only the latest in a string of dead ended leads which had been handed off to him by a Necromancer. The man claimed that, for the right price, he could help him recover his beloved. The Stragoi, however, was beginning to grow impatient with him; It was becoming increasingly obvious to Kamil that the man was intentionally leading him down the wrong paths. Why, however, remained a mystery. Perhaps he was holding out to make more money? Or, even worse, and also more likely, perhaps he was working with Lucius.
Whatever the case, he had no choice but to follow the leads he gave him. At least until he found a more reliable source, which was something he was well on his way to obtaining.
